ImageUSB Download For Windows is a free program that allows you to simultaneously copy a picture onto a number of USB flash drives. ImageUSB is a powerful program for mass-producing USB Flash Drive (UFD) replicas since it can replicate UFDs bit for bit. Also, ISO files can be written to a USB device one byte at a time (*). When coupled with PassMark OSForensics, the program allows OSFClone to be installed on a USB drive.

ImageUSB is unique among USB duplicating programs in that it protects the Master Boot Record in addition to any spare space on the USB drive (MBR). Any UFD image, including those that may be booted from, can be copied in bulk using ImageUSB without a hitch.

And imageUSB can even reformat devices that are notoriously difficult to get up and running, allowing you to recover any data that may have been accidentally deleted.

Note that because ImageUSB’s image duplication is forensic in nature, you should choose UFDs with storage capacities comparable to the image you wish to duplicate. An 8GB USB Flash Drive will only be able to access 2GB of its storage capacity if a 2GB image is copied on it. It is necessary to reformat the UFD in this case in order to use all of its storage space.
